Summary:
To address the unmet medical needs in the world, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) has an outstanding strategy to continuously reinvent and reshape the product portfolio. In support of this Strategy, the J&J IM supply chain will redesign and replace the transactional processes to be future ready.
A key concept in our Digital Journey is to consolidate the different ERP systems into One system. This includes the standardization of all transactional business processes currently spread over seven ERP systems, which by nature, vary.
As part of the Innovative Medicine Transcend Program, the Innovative Medicine Transcend Quality Management (QM) Global Template Manager will be an active member of the MAKE team supporting the global standardization of ERP business processes and associated activities enabled by the ERP, and the related master data. The position will support the system design, testing, procedures, training, and deployment as part of the MAKE Team. Reporting line is to the Global Business Template Owner MAKE Quality Management for the J&J IM Transcend program.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with all Transcend Global Template Owners, Managers and Analysts for to ensure an E2E standardized template
Identify and enable Business Process standardization efforts
Support the Quality Management workstream team through program design & build, execution as well as site preparation and deployment phases, including BST, UAT, training and documentation preparation
Identify any template gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
Act as delegate for the Global Business Template Owner MAKE Quality Management to support all program activities as required
Communicate effectively as a spokesperson for the QM processes
Build and maintain relationships at all levels throughout the organization
Qualifications:
Education
Experience
Required
At least 6 years of relevant work experience
Experience in Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and/or Master Data as well as Data and Analytics)
Practical experience with ERP SAP QM Module
Experience in Business Processes related to ERP SAP Quality Management (i.e. Quality Inspection, Batch Release, Supplier/ Qualification, Process Validation etc.)
SAP (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) knowledge and practical application
Preferred
Understanding the business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data
Practical experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment
Background in External Quality(Third Party / Contract Manufacturing), Source Quality, Market Quality, and/or Commercial Quality
Experience with Quality and Production Systems, including Comet, eLIMS and/or Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Experience in Master Data, Product Labelling, Inventory Management & Distribution, Serialization, Track & Trace, Process Order Management
Experience working in a regional/global setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation
Experience in Agile software as well as program deployment methodology including JIRA is an advantage
Ability to negotiate and connect with both external and internal partners
Other
Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required
This position may require up to 20% of travel domestically and internationally

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
100,000.00 - 172,500.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
