As an important leadership role, the Manager is responsible for developing and implementing coordinated global communication and engagement strategies and deliverables to amplify messaging across all audiences in support of the Transcend transformation efforts using a multi-channel approach and innovative formats. This leader will drive value for the transformation program by partnering with the wider team as well as adjacent programs/functions to identify and analyze stakeholders' level of awareness and influence, engagement, and communication needs. They will develop associated strategies to facilitate partner engagement and awareness needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and deliver overall program communications, messaging, and measures of success; working across adjacent programs to ensure integration and alignment for cohesive business messaging and planning.
Coordinate the planning and execution of engagement programs, including town hall meetings, program forums, and other internal\external communication initiatives.
Develop engaging team (inward facing) communications to deliver updates that are engaging and easy-to-understand, while anchoring on milestones and partner groups.
Develops engaging employee communications, using a multi-channel approach and innovative formats to deliver financial, strategy and business updates that are engaging and easy-to-understand.
Coordinates with Workstream leads to capture communications
Develops enrollment content to onboard super users, end-users and leader.
Deploys leadership, program, and end-user level communications based on detailed level comms plan.
Coordinate with Change, Adoption, and Process Leads to gather communications needs per functional / process area; inclusive of development of enrollment content to onboard super users, end-users and leader .
Build, maintain, and refresh stakeholder assessment and messaging maps.
Education:
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Experience in the areas of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent function
Demonstrated ability to analyze communication channels and tactics effectively, showcasing strong analytical skills and critical thinking
Experience successfully crafting and implementing communications strategies and initiatives on a global scale
Proven leadership skills to empower and encourage a team to achieve bold goals
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences
Deeply collaborative and comfortable driving results through influence
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
Preferred:
Familiarity or experience in improving communications through Generative AI tools
Experience working on culture initiatives which enhance the overall dynamic of a team
Familiarity with End to End Supply Chain Business Processes and/or ERPs
Experience with varying digital channels, tools, and capabilities
Experience with Event Management (in person and virtual)
Experience working with external agencies and translation services
People management/leadership experience (direct or indirect reports)
Other:
Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
Requires up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
Requires the ability, through our hybrid flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week
