Job Summary:
- Practices under the direction/supervision of the physician.
- Provides primary duties related to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation care for spine-related and chronic or acute pain needs.
- Supports the practice in the role of outpatient follow-up care, new patient appointments, triage of patient needs, completion of patient forms, management of implantable pain devices, therapeutic injections and simple assessments.
- Communicates and coordinates patient care consistently and effectively with providers and colleagues.
- Designs, implements, and evaluates cost-effective pain management-based programs of care as appropriate to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant.
- Current Minnesota NP or PA Licensure.
- Current board certification.
- Current DEA certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least one year of RN experience or PA experience required.

Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Flexible schedule available.
- Exempt. Base salary with bonus structure.
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM clinic hours.
- No evenings or weekends.
