Using your enrollment or claims processing knowledge, along with your research skills you will be responsible for the benefit configuration, case installation and maintenance of existing customer setup and new business setup within COSMOS. Day to day activities include: group setup, building benefits, and maintenance of benefit configuration on COSMOS or within iBAAG, researching & resolving setup concerns, and responding to urgent issues timely. You will be asked to represent the team on projects as a subject matter expert and must work to ensure requirements from the customer are identified and can be accommodated through configuration. Strong research skills are required to resolve installation or configuration questions and develop customer specific resolutions. This role requires utilizing controls and analysis to contribute to process improvement initiatives. Daily workload requires individuals to partner with team members, data analysts and business analysts to streamline work flows and ensure desired outcomes to meet regulatory and business operating rules. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support/Facilitate/Maintain/Manage Installation and Implementation.
    • Research configuration and setup installation issues and develop customer specific resolution
    • Collaborate with stakeholders
    • Adhere to documented policies and procedures
    • Manage workload in a fast-paced environment adhering to tightly controlled processes
    • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
    • Serving as a resource to others
    • Internal peer to peer audits to ensure quality standards are surpassed
    • Participate in cross functional meetings for miscellaneous project initiatives: review requirements, define requirements, troubleshoot challenges
    • Onboard/train/mentor new team members
    • Provide support to Project leads when required
    • Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
    • Investigates non-standard requests and problems
    • Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
    • Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
    • Gather/Document/Support report requirements
    • Create/Provide/Support ad hoc and schedule reports
    • Identify/Implement process and report improvements
    • Gather/Analyze and share report findings

    • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
    • 2+ years of COSMOS experience and/or 2+ years of BCCI Team experience
    • 1+ years of experience in Medicare & Retirement
    • Proficiency within Microsoft Excel (ability to filter, sort, create, and edit spreadsheets)
