Outreach Specialist/Therapeutic Mentor - IHT
Riverside is seeking an Outreach Specialist/Therapeutic Mentor to join our In Home Therapy program. In this role the Outreach Specialist provides safe, therapeutic, skill-based interventions and activities for youth and families, within the home and community, to help improve social, emotional, and family functioning. The Specialist will have an understanding and provide service delivery and individualized interventions within the identified role of Therapeutic Mentor (TM) or Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) as defined with and within the context of the entire treatment team and agreed upon goals.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduled: Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Rate: $22.28/hourly

Required Skills
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in mental health related discipline and one (1) year experience working with youth preferred
At least six months experience working with children and/or adolescents with emotional difficulties
and their families required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
