Maintains all scheduling software and related records. Position Responsibilities: Schedules appropriate personnel in accordance with the staffing needs of the Health Care Service Firm (HCSF) following agency guidelines, and policy/procedure. Handles after hours staffing needs and reassigns staff as appropriate. Collaborates and communicates with the Director or Nursing Supervisor in a timely manner regarding urgent after hours staffing decisions. Performs related on-call functions: answers the on-call telephone calls from clients, staff and consumer inquiries. Enters scheduling changes into agency software and communicates with Staffing Coordinator regarding after hours scheduling needs and changes. Covers for Staffing Coordinator as needed. Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: 1 year administrative support experience. Computer user proficiency (Excel-Word-Power Point Outlook Internet). Excellent communication skills (verbal-written-listening) in order to interact with staff at all levels and external clients. Well organized and able to adjust to changing priorities. Ability to quickly learn and operate within agency policy and procedures. Required Education: High School diploma or equivalency preferred.
