Responsibilities The WellStar Central Onboarding team is hiring a Onboarding Specialist to join its team. Under the direction of the Manager of Onboarding, the onboarding specialist will provide a World-Class onboarding experience for all WellStar new hires. The onboarding specialist is responsible for facilitating and completing all onboarding activities once an offer of employment has been extended. Responsible for processing new hire information, including the entry of confidential information into Lawson and creation of the HR file. Evaluate the completion of the background check report and drug screening results, certification/licensure primary source documentation to ensure all components are compliant with WellStar policy or escalate issues when outside of policies prior to onboarding. When needed, will complete and confirm all onboarding requirements and clearance processes of contractors. On-site for all New Employee and Contractor Orientation to confirm completion of all preemploymentactivities. Qualifications Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Related field. Required Minimum Experience: Two years experience in a human resources, staffing, marketing, customer service or relateddepartment required. Experience in healthcare preferred.Required Minimum Skills: Strong organizational skills; detail orientation with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignment to meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure. Able to workwithin a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills (written/verbal). High skill level in customer service with internal and external customers. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships withmanagement and all levels of staff.
