Responsibilities: • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, which includes arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations. • Assist in the post-event breakdown and cleaning of banquet areas to ensure they are organized and ready for upcoming functions. • Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and professionalism, providing exceptional service. • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their overall experience. • Work collaboratively with the banquet team, including servers, bartenders, and event coordinators, for smooth event operations. • Ensure all banquet equipment, utensils, and glassware are properly arranged and in good condition to maintain cleanliness and organization. • Monitor and replenish supplies during events as needed to guarantee seamless service delivery. • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to uphold a safe work environment. • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
