Professionals -Date posted: August 22, 2017 Location: -14103 Denver West Parkway, Boston Market Corporate Golden, CO, 80401, US End date: September 30, 2018 -Not disclosed -Support Center -Title:Human Resources Specialist FLSA:Non-Exempt Reports to:Human Resources Supervisor(STRONG) Supervises:N/A(STRONG) (P) Essential Functions: -Explains and assists hiring managers with the recruitment and onboarding processes in the HR Platform through resolution. -Assists employees with questions concerning paychecks or pay problems. -Responds and resolves payroll related questions and issues. -Retrieves and all voice mail messages frequently throughout the day and follows up within 24 hours. -Assists in processing manual check or pay card information. -Accepts garnishments, child support orders, and state and federal tax levies. -Responds to subpoenas by generating attendance and pay reports, and pulling payroll records as necessary. -Codes all invoices, obtains appropriate signatures, and submits to Accounts Payable for payment. -Orders all compliance posters for the restaurants as needed and requested. -Receives, organizes, and alphabetizes terminated employee personnel files. -Receives and records returned mail and locates employees restaurant location and sends mail to restaurant manager for disbursement. -Maintains compliance on I-9s, minor work permits, and leave of absences. -Completes all clerical aspects of employment, such as obtaining signed offer letters, notifying the department of employees starting date, process workflow, coordinate company tools, and assists in onboarding tasks as needed. -Assists with reports on the applicant tracking system for sourcing, diversity, hires, decline reasons, cost per hire, and other needed metrics as needed. -Reviews and processes completed background check reports daily. -Maintains Birthday and Anniversary boards every month as needed. -Sends out crew and management anniversary pins as needed. -Tracks, prioritizes, and finishes duties and projects as required and assigned in an efficient and timely manner. -Returns all emails and voice mails within 24 hours. -Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks. -Maintains highest level of confidentiality discretion, and integrity. -Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the companys values and standards. -Continuously looks for ways to increase professional development. -Works additional hours as needed. -Regular and punctual attendance. -Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
