Job Description

The Branded Materials Specialist is responsible for supporting the sourcing and distribution of all branded materials including swag, apparel, retail accessories and printed material to internal crew, external partners and customers.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Catalog and track new items through the creative process, production and rollout
• Reviews sales and inventory levels to ensure fulfillment of operations needs
• Identifies opportunities for new items to meet current and future trends
• Creates and reviews reporting to identify slow moving inventory and cycle overstock before it becomes obsolete
• Gives direction to third party partners ensuring Raising Cane’s expectations are met
• Reviews and improves website layout for improved user experience
• Builds and manages distribution lists and tracking
• Ensures accurate billing and shipping processes and experiences for involved parties

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making capabilities and able to deliver within tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Microsoft Proficient/Master: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• 3+ years of experience in apparel/hard goods sourcing or production
• College degree preferred
