    Entertainment, effective marketing requires a detailed understanding of how marketing efforts impact customer behavior. Casino marketing is essential in providing excellent customer relations at our casinos and driving profitable revenue through these relationships. The foundation of customer loyalty is built upon interactions between guests and our employees, with the casino marketing department responsible for the highest level of players throughout the enterprise. The Casino Marketing Performance Senior Analyst will perform analysis to drive efficiencies in VIP Services, provide strategic decision-making support to casino marketing leaders, and create an unbiased and consistent view of the performance of casino marketing teams and the effect of VIP-targeted efforts. The scope of this role involves the entire company at a property by property level. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background of casino marketing experience, effective communication skills and strong analytical abilities. The role will require that you have demonstrated success using data insights to improve decision-making. Clear dissemination of these insights is critical to casino marketing leadership across the organization. Good communication and relationship management will be crucial as you will need to navigate the complexities of a large inter-related marketing organization to provide strategic thought leadership in casino marketing planning throughout the enterprise. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: o [Ad-hoc] Support ad-hoc analysis for high-worth guest segmentation and coded business as required by casino marketing leaders throughout the organization o [Strategic Consulting] Provide analytic insight and guidance into casino marketing business decisions including: incentive program formulation, host team structure and size, off-premise (NCM) areas of opportunity, VIP specific offers or tier benefits, host team test/control efforts, and host task load optimization. Provide analysis to evaluate all high-worth guest initiatives as they relate to on-premise sales teams (Casino Marketing), off-premise sales teams (NCM) and programs targeted at the top tiers of the Total Rewards program. o [Reporting] Create and distribute recurring reports that evaluate VIP marketing program effectiveness and leverage available standard tools. Provide interpretation, translation and recommendations on host incentive performance, NCM charter business, VIP arrivals, comp expense tracking and other key performance indicators to Casino Marketing leadership. o [Development] Working with data logistics, identify opportunities and define the development requirements for automated analysis and reporting o [Efficiency/Consistency] Coordinate on the development of approaches, templates and tools that ensure a consistent approach in all casino marketing reporting. Work with the data logistics group to ensure maximum efficiency in the report creation process and automation where possible. o [Knowledge Base] Maintain accessible knowledge base and archive of past analyses in order to facilitate cross-property learning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: o Strong organizational and project management skills are essential. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. o Gaming industry experience strongly preferred but not required; broad marketing experience in a company driven by analytics is essential o Some casino marketing strategy experience is preferred; experience with analytics that drive the structure and evaluation of sales incentive programs (ideally within the gaming industry) is beneficial o Experience with analytic tools/software such as Cognos Impromptu, SAS, SPSS, MS Access, MS Excel o Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication, adjusting message to audience. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. o Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated success in analytic roles; prefer 1 year of previous experience in direct marketing, financial analysis, consulting, IT or similar field. o Bachelors degree in quantitative field required As part of Caesars Entertainment's employment process, finalist candidates will be required to complete a background check, prior to an offer being extended.
