Compensation: $28/hr
Role Structure: 5 days in-office during training period, Hybrid after training (3 days in-office). Equipment provided!
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ET, training hours may vary slightly M-F

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Customer Service Representative to assist with claims in the insurance industry. Great opportunities for long-term growth! This person will handle policy information and process workers' compensation claims, with thorough training on company systems and practices provided by the team. No insurance experience is required, but strong customer support and critical thinking skills are critical for this role.
