    Reports to: Management Staff and Shift Leaders

    Purpose of the Job: Execute all kitchen, drive-thru and/or front counter operations, ensuring that all prepared foods meet restaurant safety and health standards. Responsibilities include cooking, assembling, wrapping food items, and stocking necessary products and preparation materials in a clean and safe manner.

    Essential Functions:

    Communicate clearly, quickly, and politely with co-workers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

    Prepare food products quickly and accurately, adhering to restaurant, health, and safety standards.

    Maintain a pleasant demeanor and remain alert to customer needs.

    Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, freezer, etc.) safely and in accordance with health and safety standards.

    Collaborate as a team member to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value for each customer.

    Clean and organize the work area; stock and move food, paper, and cleaning items as needed.

    Execute proper rotation of products and complete assigned prep work for the grill area.

    Control the food production process efficiently.

    Break down and thoroughly clean the grill area daily as assigned by a manager or shift leader.

    Perform general cleaning tasks, including washing counters, tables, and restrooms; managing trash; and maintaining cleanliness in dining/service areas.

    Occasionally perform outdoor maintenance tasks (e.g., parking lot cleanup, trash removal).

    Inform the immediate supervisor promptly of any problems or unusual matters of significance.

    Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.

    Accountability: Operate the grill, chill, drive-thru, front counter area according to established standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for ensuring a quick, accurate, and safe food production process. Assist in the restaurant's success by ensuring guest satisfaction through adherence to quality, value, service, and cleanliness standards. Maintain positive working relationships with all employees and customers to promote a cooperative and pleasant work environment. Communicate significant issues, both positive and negative, with management.

    Qualification Standards:

    Excellent customer service skills; exhibits good manners, proper personal hygiene, a positive attitude, and punctuality.

    Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant, moving and responding quickly for extended periods.

    Capable of traveling quickly in the customer service area, serving up to 40 customers per hour.

    Ability to work in varying temperature ranges and handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products safely.

    Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

    Constant interaction with the public and co-workers during shifts.

    Must be able to read order monitors and communicate product details accurately.

    Adherence to established food handling procedures and local health regulations.

    Exhibit good manners, proper hygiene, a positive attitude, and punctuality.
