THE REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION IS A CRITICAL ROLE RESPONSIBLE FOR GENERATING NEW BUSINESS AND DRIVING SALES. WE ARE SEEKING A SELF-DRIVEN, TENACIOUS, AND CHARISMATIC INDIVIDUAL, PREFERABLY WITH RESTAURANT OR HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, TO SELL OUR SERVICES WITHIN THE PITTSBURGH AREA. IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF PITTSBURGH GEOGRAPHY AND NEIGHBORHOODS IS A PLUS. THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPORTANT SKILLS/CAPABILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE SHOWN BELOW.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEAD GENERATION:
TRAVEL WITHIN TERRITORY TO MEET PROSPECTS AND CUSTOMERS
BUILD LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW CUSTOMERS
COLD CALLING AND IDENTIFYING DECISION-MAKERS IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE
SALES:
CONTINUALLY MEET OR EXCEED SALES TARGETS
STRATEGICALLY NEGOTIATE WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO CLOSE SALES
MONITOR MARKET TRENDS AND CONDITIONS
CREATE AND PRESENT PERSUASIVE SALES PROPOSALS
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES
SUSTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS
DATA INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT:
MAINTAIN AN ACCURATE RECORD OF ALL LEADS, CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS, AND SALES
PROVIDE ACCURATE REPORTING TO SALES MANAGEMENT
HEAVY TRAVEL WITHIN THE PITTSBURGH AREA WITH SPORADIC TRAVEL TO CLEVELAND IS REQUIRED.
