    • Greet, register, assign rooms and issue room keys to guests.
    • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
    • Calculate bills, collect payments, and make necessary corrections required.
    • Listen to guest complaints and strives to find solutions in a timely manner.
    • Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about property and surrounding areas.
    • Adhere to Westgate’s company core values: Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
    • Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Prior customer service and hospitality experience is strongly preferred but not required.
    • Experience working in customer facing industries such as hotel, resort, medical, banking, airlines, etc.
    • Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new reservation software and technology.
    • Ability to multi-task, frequently switching between or simultaneously performing functions of the front desk in order to meet the needs of our guests.
    • Fast learner with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to read, write and speak English conversationally.
    • Enjoys working in a fun face paced environment.
    • Must be able to work holidays and weekend.
    • Must occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 25+ pounds.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
