    Job Description

    The **** HR Compliance Analyst provides specialized audits and analysis support for our Crew Standards team. This role is responsible for auditing, analyzing, summarizing, and reporting on the company’s regulatory compliance, including but not limited to minor labor laws, meal and rest breaks regulations, and fair work week requirements. In addition, they are responsible for internal policy reporting and government reporting. Supporting the company’s growth, this role collaborates with cross-functional support teams and restaurant leadership to ensure the company is prepared to mitigate any associated risk.

    • Serves as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and local regulatory laws, ensuring compliance across all areas
    • Conducts recurring audits, analyzes and summarizes audit results, and presents findings to various levels of leadership through in-person meetings, presentations, and other formats
    • Reviews restaurant assessment results, identifies risks and trends, and proposes action plans, which may include additional training or accountability measures for restaurant leadership
    • Develops test scripts, performs user acceptance testing, and verifies the accuracy of all regulatory system configurations and enhancements, including onboarding, offboarding, scheduling settings for labor laws
    • Reviews the status of compliance initiatives and follows up with leadership until 100% completion is achieved
    • Files government reports, including the annual EEO-1 report
    • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with restaurant teams, RSO, and field-based leadership
    • Maintains knowledge of regulatory changes related to employment-related laws
    • Performs other duties and projects as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of similar human resources, compliance, or analyst experience in a fast-paced work environment
    • Prior experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), scheduling (HotSchedules and Harri preferred), or BI (Tableau preferred) technology is required
    • Team player with a positive attitude and able to effectively interact and build relationships with management and key stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Demonstrates the ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
    • Able to take initiative to improve processes, not settle for the status quo, and work with a sense of purpose and urgency
    • Microsoft Proficient: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
