    Job Description

    Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to supporting the growth of the company and building a professional network through work, events and program activities. Raising Cane’s internship opportunities are on-site at our Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX.

    The Restaurant Excellence Intern will support the Restaurant Excellence team by being involved in day-to-day project tasks while working alongside the Director of Restaurant Readiness and Implementation to support in the development, pacing and implementation of operations-related projects.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Supports operations initiatives by acting as the voice of the operator through the development and implementation of projects
    • Assists in execution of various components and activities of assigned project(s) from pilot development, testing, feedback collection, through communication and rollout
    • Provides relevant knowledge and insights from operations experiences and gains valuable knowledge and experience on business operations and support at a large scale
    • Participates in intern activities and development opportunities
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Project Management, Hospitality or other degrees
    • 1+ years of volunteer or work experience in relevant field
    • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
    • Able to travel within the local area to various restaurants and events
