  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As the Inventory Clerk you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory locations and supplies i.e. parts, equipment and tools for the Engineering(Maintenance) Department.

    • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
    • Always represents Westgate Resorts in a professional manner
    • Perform room inspections and input into HOTSOS. This responsibility should be balanced with the Inventory expectations
    • Safeguard Westgate Resorts property and inventory
    • Responsible for the receiving, handling, and accounting of inventory stock
    • Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to engineering Team members
    • Complete all necessary paperwork for items issued to Team members
    • Maintain/update labeling system for each inventory item
    • Maintain no lower than inventory levels for each stocked item.
    • Conduct weekly Inventory counts
    • Maintain inventory tracking of stocked items
    • Maintain inventory tracking system of caged power tools and or supplies
    • Organize and maintain all Engineering Inventory locations
    • Competent in receiving delivered supplies, materials, and equipment. Confirming delivered goods match purchase order specifications, model, quantity and inspect for quality etc.
    • Maybe asked on a yearly or as needed basis to complete physical inventory
    • Coordinate with the purchasing department on all necessary supply acquisitions for inventory
    • Utilize and prepare order acquisition forms for materials needed in inventory and submit to purchasing coordinator
    • At the direction of the department leadership team, will provide vacation or absence coverage for the Purchasing Coordinator and process and receive requisitions through the Oracle Fusion system
    • Perform any other reasonable request as directed
    • Schedules and hours will vary depending on the business, and or the department needs
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-year related experience or training required
    • 1 to 2 years technical training or maintenance technician experience preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years computer skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
