Intern La Monarca Bakery & Cafe Whittier - Huntington Park, CA 90255 $11.50 - $12.50 an hour - Part-time, Internship La Monarca Bakery & Cafe in Hunting Park, CA is looking for one intern to work directly with the Human Resources Director. The position will go through the summer and a few months after. This is a part time, no more than 12 to 15 hours per week position to start. Majority of the position will be at 6365 Pacific Blvd, Huntington Park, Ca, however, other locations may be required as needed, therefore own transportation or public transportation is a must. Our ideal candidate is attentive, genuine, eager to learn, discreet and hard-working. You have major interest in understanding several HR departmental programs. Responsibilities * Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials as directed * Ability to organize and create orderly systems * Conduct internet research and provide documentation * Enter data into reports as needed * Reproduction as needed * Some recruitment and screening candidates * Scheduling * Development of E-files company wide * Many other projects as they arise Qualifications * Must be bilingual English and Spanish * Experience working in related field * Knowledgeable of computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and Dropbox * High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills * Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize We are looking forward to hearing from you.
