    VIP Host Services Coordinator (Mandalay Bay) Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Become one of the stars behind the show and become part of the worlds most powerful entertainment brands. Our Company has one exciting mission: To entertain the human race. It is the primary duty of the Host Services Coordinator is to assist Casino Executives with all reservations and every aspect of the guest stay. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the department and property policies and procedures. * Input reservations for all Casino Executives: National, Slots and International. * Input reservations for all Branch Office Executives. * Creation of guest itinerary, for all Casino Executives Customers, which includes yet, is not limited to the following: Limos, Dining, Shows, Events, Amenities, Special Requests, golf, rooming lists etc. * Facilitate all Casino Revisions and Traces. * Run all arrival, departure and VIPR reports. * Build promotional codes in Players Club. * Facilitating all Event Postings and Outside show reservations. * Reply to all Guest Relations emails. * Create all Opera Promo and Rate Codes * Acting Supervisor on duty when needed. * Departmental Trainer. * Provide upbeat, personalized service from first Executive contact until reservation(s) completion for all shows, restaurants, and rooms etc. utilizing a One Call Resolution mentality. * Capture all relevant information for opportunities to promote the benefits of Mlife. * Perform all other job related duties as requested. Required: * At least 3 years of experience in a related field. * Excellent customer service skills. * Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Players Club/Patron, Opera, VIPR, ORS, Cleo and other relevant software. * Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred: * Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
