The Employee Concierge will serve as an internal resource and liaison to employees of the property. The Employee Concierge has a full understanding of the propertys service culture, initiatives, mission, guidelines and policies, and possesses strong communication skills to accurately relay this information to all employees. The Employee Concierge will also support the operational functions of The Signature at MGM Grand including: Learning and Development, Employee Relations, FMLA, Workers Compensation and Employee Events/Communications. All duties are to be performed in accordance with property and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures. * Provides internal guest service to employees by consistently demonstrating property guest service standards. * Supports employees on the utilization of Insider HR Access both online and by telephone. * Provides useful suggestions and recommendations to employees to enhance their employee experience through self-service and Insider HR Access. * Acts as a liaison between the property, employee and Insider HR Access. * Performs special projects as requested by department management. * Provides administrative and clerical support related to other areas of Human Resources. * Assists with the documentation and reporting of all aspects of compliance training to include: safety compliance, management compliance and legal compliance training. * Ensures that all property information is up to date in the companys Learning Management System (Insider Education). * Manages scheduling for the H.R. Training Room and monitor supplies, cleaning and maintenance of the room. * Assists in the administration of the companys Workers Compensation and FMLA programs. * Provides logistical support to the H.R. office by managing supplies and maintenance of office equipment. * Perform all other job related duties as requested. Required: * At least 1 year of guest service experience, administrative/clerical, or related experience. * Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail / accuracy. * Excellent customer service skills. * Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
