    Job Description

    Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

    The Sponsorships Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of sponsorship initiatives. This role will be a direct point of contact for the sponsorship partners, internal Restaurant Support Office teams, and the Restaurant Marketing team. The Sponsorship Manager will be involved in sponsorships, including research, negotiations and fulfillment in collaboration with the support office and Restaurant Marketing team. This will include managing sponsorship evaluations, building spreadsheets, developing presentations, coordinating reporting information, and handling budget and invoice reconciliation.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Researches, evaluates, negotiates, and manages sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand’s philosophies and business goals
    • Leads national and regional sponsorships and supports the Restaurant Marketing team on local partnerships
    • Develops and maintains strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors
    • Partners with internal team members, including Brand Activations, Social and Influencer team, and Creative Services, on contract fulfillments
    • Manages sponsorship processes and tools and evolves systems to support the brand’s high growth and every changing business needs
    • Develops sponsorship strategies aligned with the brand’s needs and objectives
    • Identifies opportunities to maximize partnerships through campaigns and activations
    • Manages contracting and invoicing for sponsorships
    • Works with partners to ensure timely execution of sponsorship recaps
    • Stays current with industry trends and new opportunities
    • Develops presentations and support materials for meetings and training
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements for Success:

    • 4+ years of agency or client-side sponsorship negotiation and evaluation experience preferred
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field required
