    Job Description

    Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

    The Travel & Logistics Manager is primarily responsible for managing the company’s travel program and operations. This role is responsible for managing all bookings, travel policies, booking platforms, and vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing a team that books all company travel and providing insights and analytics based on travel spending and trends.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Manages travel policies and routinely updates them based on industry trends, travel regulations, etc.
    • Executes routine audits and provides reporting on policy violations
    • Works cross functionally to evolve current policies
    • Creates and updates training materials and reference aids for all travel processes
    • Manages all travel vendor relationships, conducts quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review contract performance and savings, and executes annual requests for proposal (RFPs)
    • Onboards new travel vendors based on spending, industry trends, future growth outlook, etc.
    • Provides reporting for key stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and as needed basis
    • Manages a team that is responsible for all company travel bookings
    • Oversees and assists with all bookings as needed
    • Evolves processes and procedures to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and improve traveler experience
    • Manages all conference and group travel
    • Reviews travel spend to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for cost savings
    • Creates travel budgets and is responsible for driving compliance
    • Manages all travel escalations and the virtual credit card program
    • Reconciles travel spend on a monthly basis
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of management experience in a travel logistics role
    • Experienced with travel booking platforms and quick to learn new systems and processes
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Use data to highlight important insights and influence decisions
    • Adaptable to various situations and deliver results under heavy pressure deadlines
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to tailor high impact messaging
    • Integrity to maintain confidential information
    • Able to work non-standard hours as required
    • Proficient in Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Able to work full-time at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
