    Job Description

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

    The People Experience Operations Manager is responsible for managing in partnership with People leadership team to implement and monitor new company policies, maintain internal HR systems and ensure HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive our People programs and projects through ideation to execution and continuously look for opportunities to optimize
    • Manage partnerships with service and tool providers for the team
    • Plan, manage and execute team member onboarding and offboarding
    • Ensure the highest levels of accuracy of data management for all systems
    • Ensure compliance as it relates to EEOC, Labor Laws, Federal and State compliance as well as all HR policies and procedures
    • Own elements of future M&A/due diligence tasks
    • Provide day-to-day operations support to international team members
    • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
    • Review and monitor HR budgets
    • Launch HR infrastructure tools, systems, processes, and best practices that prepare us internal and external environmental changes
    • Partner with HR leaders to design and implement new policies
    • Create and maintain documentation, ensuring thorough and up-to-date documentation of HR team’s processes
    • Serve as a strategic adviser to our HR ops team to understand business needs and proactively identify gaps in communication or process and procedure
    • Research and conduct necessary analysis in response to requests of the leadership team, and present results as required

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • The team membe is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
    • The team member will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
    • Ability to independently manage complex projects
    • Skills in cross-functional stakeholder management and effective communication across all levels of an organization
    • Experience streamlining HR processes
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong knowledge within Microsoft Office, including; deep expertise within Excel and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Powerpoint
    • Excellent communication, organizational, coaching and leadership skills
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Ability to perform under time constraints and meet strict deadlines
