    Job Description

    Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

    The Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for set-up and successful execution of paid social campaigns, as well as ongoing optimizations to our strategy. At Raising Cane’s our paid campaigns span from National Activation support on a grand scale to hyper-localized events that seek creativity in their promotional strategy and this role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to audience research, geo-targeting, campaign configuration, implementation, monitoring, real time updates and full campaign reporting.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Owns day-to-day and event paid social management and boosts including campaign planning, budget, setup, creative development, monitoring/reporting and optimization across a variety of social media platforms for our Brand, Owner and Mascot channels
    • Supports our local teams across the nation with locally targeted and boosted event pages, boosted posts and assist in their strategy/approach
    • Manages multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
    • Innovates and suggests creative ways to enhance campaign performance using new features and updates
    • Provides real-time updates to paid campaigns and create detailed paid campaign reports
    • Monitors day-to-day social media trends and identifying content and partnership opportunities, primarily on TikTok
    • Participates in monthly social media brainstorms
    • Conducts research on potential partners
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements for Success:

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns, a proven track record of achieving measurable results
    • Able to stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, best practices and technologies in paid social, and digital marketing and advertising
    • Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on Meta, TikTok and X
    • Proficiency in ad campaign setup and management on these platforms
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
    • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Strong copy writing skills
    • Able to work a non-traditional schedule including some nights and weekends

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or related field
