As a Public Area (Lobby) Attendant, your responsibilities will include: • Attentiveness to Details - maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas while promptly reporting any maintenance issues. • Organization - keeping designated areas such as restrooms, the fitness center, etc., fully stocked, clean, and inviting. • Team Collaboration - assisting colleagues by stepping in when necessary, whether it's helping with housekeeping tasks or handling laundry duties. • Hospitality Ambassadorship - greeting guests warmly and offering assistance or guidance as needed, embodying the spirit of exceptional service. • Safety & Security Awareness - adhering to the hotel's safety protocols, staying vigilant to potential issues, and promptly notifying management of any concerns. Responsibilities: • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including restrooms, lobby, and hallways to high standards • Ensure public areas are well-stocked with amenities like towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies for guest use • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and complaints • Conduct regular inspections of public areas to identify and report maintenance issues • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a welcoming environment for guests Qualifications: • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred for success in this role • Ability to work and stand for extended periods, as well as safely operate housekeeping and floor care tools and equipment • Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently for tasks such as lifting and moving objects • Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, and work in varying temperatures and noise levels • Near Vision capability to see details up close and communicate clearly in English Compensation: $16.25 - $17.75 hourly
