Join us as a Public Area (Lobby) Attendant, where your duties will involve: • Attention to Detail - maintaining cleanliness and organization in public areas while promptly reporting any maintenance issues. • Organization Skills - ensuring designated areas like restrooms and the fitness center are well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. • Team Player - supporting colleagues by assisting with housekeeping tasks or handling laundry duties whenever needed. • Hospitality Focus - warmly greeting guests and providing assistance or guidance when required, reflecting a commitment to exceptional service. • Safety Security Awareness - following the hotel's safety procedures, remaining alert to potential issues, and promptly informing management of any concerns. Responsibilities: • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public areas such as restrooms, lobby, and hallways. • Ensure public areas are always well-stocked with guest amenities like towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and complaints. • Regularly inspect public areas to identify and report any maintenance issues promptly. • Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to create a welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a hotel or a related field is highly preferred to excel in this position. • Ability to work and stand for extended periods, while also safely operating housekeeping and floor care tools and equipment, is essential. • Must be capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently for tasks like lifting and moving objects. • Required to bend, stretch, reach, and work in varying temperatures and noise levels. • Near Vision capability is necessary to see details up close and communicate effectively in English.
