SF Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Agent
Communicating with clients via phone, email, mail or personally;
Negotiating leasing terms and complete agreements;
Continuous follow up with clients through the entire process from placement through to the end of the lease;
Diligent entry of data throughout all systems;
Constant coordination and communication with team members, property managers, business partners regarding vacancies, showings, and tenant placements;
Providing back up support to the Leasing Director -welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
Answering or directing inquiries and questions;
Providing customer service to customers, employees, and management by answering questions, resolving discrepancies, and providing formal communication;
Researches the San Francisco housing market and help acquire new customers or housing inventory;
Developing content for existing marketing channels;
Determining new marketing channels to generate leads
Attention to detail a must;
Excellent written and speaking communication skills;
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Docs for business purposes;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Schedules must be flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the client;
Customer service orientation;
Ability to work independently;
Persuasive with marketing and sales skills;
Proven track record of successful sales is a plus;
Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations;
Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.
