  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Manages the daily activities of their RPS team through team meetings, bi-weekly one-on-ones, and routine audits
    • Consults with multi-unit leaders on RPS assessment scoring and methodology
    • Validates alignment of RPS methodology and scoring through routine calibrations done through camera observations and traveling to their market to spend time with their RPS Team
    • Supports company-driven projects directly and through their RPS team
    • Leads and supports continued RPS program optimization directly and through RPS Team
    • Maintains food safety certifications and current food safety standards
    • Conducts excellent RPS assessments while effectively coaching restaurant and area leadership
    • Exemplifies the brand standards while leading their RPS team and restaurant leadership
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years within the RPS Assessor role while exceeding expectations; or at least 5 years of multi-unit management of fast food or casual dining restaurants
    • Expert knowledge of all operations and Restaurant Support Office (RSO) department standards
    • Able to present to large audiences of restaurant leaders and RSO leadership
    • In-depth understanding of principles and methods for training and teaching
    • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Microsoft Mastery: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
    • College degree preferred
