What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and take ownership of operations during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting, seating, and serving guests to ensure satisfaction.

Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Leading and training team members to excel in their roles.

Overseeing food quality and safety standards.

Managing cash, credit transactions, and guest checks accurately.

Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Basic understanding of customer service and sanitation practices (training provided).
