Position Overview: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Team Members. In this role, you will provide excellent service, create memorable customer experiences, and ensure our doughnuts and beverages are served fresh and delicious. If you have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and Krispy Kreme’s signature products, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections.

Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Serve Krispy Kreme’s signature doughnuts, coffee, and other menu items.

Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized at all times.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Operate equipment safely, including the doughnut display case and coffee machines.

Contribute to a positive team environment by working together to meet store goals.

Uphold Krispy Kreme’s high standards for quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and customer service-oriented personality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, early mornings, or late evenings.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
