Our client, a leading FinTech company, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join their Renewal Accounts Team. Your day-to-day:
· Proactively make 40+ contact attempts daily, connecting with clients looking for financial solutions.
· Handle inbound inquiries from existing and prospective clients, guiding them through their financing needs.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, managing a dedicated book of business.
· Collaborate with the Underwriting Team to recommend tailored financing options.
· Drive growth by identifying and acting on new business opportunities, including cold calls, warm leads, and client referrals.
· Analyze sales metrics, consistently striving to exceed performance goals.
· Work with external partners to secure the best possible financing solutions for clients.
What we are looking for:
· A passion for sales and making an impact with people. Whether you're new to sales or have some experience, we want someone ready to grow!
· Tech-savvy: You’ll need to navigate Google Suite, CRMs, and spreadsheets comfortably; Excel experience is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills to build rapport, solve problems, and maintain relationships.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage and grow your own portfolio.
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Base salary of $40,000-45,000 with uncapped commission potential (annual earnings opportunity of $75,000+).
