Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supporting crisis management, security operations, loss prevention, or call center equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated experience in safety, security, or crisis management within in a high-growth, results-driven environment, with a solid track record of successfully supporting enterprise security programs
- Experience and knowledge with building security, including burglar and fire alarm systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, criminal justice, or equivalent experience
- Able to work non-standard hours - 2nd and 3rd shifts
