  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Proactively monitors for threats, including violence, civil unrest, active shooters, travel advisories, open source/dark web threats, reputational harm, and other events that could disrupt business operations
    • Conducts investigations and threat assessments, escalating threats as appropriate and notifying relevant parties in accordance with SOC protocols
    • Performs a broad range of investigations using a variety of tools such as TLOxp, open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media, web tools, closed circuit television (CCTV), and other in-house proprietary tools
    • Responds to crises and coordinates initial actions by collaborating with the appropriate RSO and Business Unit partners
    • Manages and monitors burglar and fire alarms systems, access controls, and CCTV operations
    • Responds to alarm signals, uses video verification and historical reviews to determine appropriate actions, and dispatches authorities, initiates repairs, or resolves user errors as needed
    • Conducts internal investigations in support of the Safety and Security team and takes initiative to successfully resolve investigations in a timely and efficient manner
    • Supports law enforcement requests by collecting and distributing requested evidence, such as video footage or point of sale (POS) data
    • Accurately and concisely reports on incidents of crises, threats, safety, and security concerns
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in supporting crisis management, security operations, loss prevention, or call center equivalent preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in safety, security, or crisis management within in a high-growth, results-driven environment, with a solid track record of successfully supporting enterprise security programs
    • Experience and knowledge with building security, including burglar and fire alarm systems
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, criminal justice, or equivalent experience
    • Able to work non-standard hours - 2nd and 3rd shifts
