Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or shift lead in a similar food industry role
Hours: Full-time 35-40 hours per week. Wednesday - Sunday or Sunday - Thursday (flexibility is required as hours needed can change)

Overall Job Objective:
A team member supervisor who has a passion for people, compassion, and willingness to assist fellow Jamba staff and customers by actively listening and connecting with their needs to produce quality foods and products.
General Duties:
Presents a welcoming environment for Jamba customers, greets customers, maintains constant interactions with customer from start of the order to finish.
They provide leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager.
The Shift Lead is responsible for store opening/closing duties.
Provide team leadership experience where on the job training, ensure staff is performing efficiently and effectively, guidance of entry level staff are expected.
Responsible for handling end of day balancing and store deposits.
Leveraged strong organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and maintain a well-organized work environment.
Responsible for ensuring the store FLEX Log (daily duties) are filled out and completed daily.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating areas.
Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Utilize time and resources effectively to create customer orders with quality, and consistent execution to achieve performance targets centered around positive customer experience.
Provides customers with product details, such as ingredients included in our smoothie products.
Receives and processes customer payments.
Prepares any customer required allergy type smoothies, serves prepared foods, such as breakfast sandwiches, pretzels, etc.
Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
