Position Overview:
Krispy Kreme is looking for an energetic and motivated Morning Shift Lead to join our team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and leading the team during your shift. If you’re passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team, and delivering smiles with every donut, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain product quality standards.
Ensure efficient store operations during your shift, including inventory management, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in opening and closing the store, cash handling, and balancing daily sales reports.
Support management with scheduling, training, and team development.
Ensure compliance with Krispy Kreme standards and policies.
Monitor production and stock levels to meet customer demand.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts efficiently.
Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
