Job Summary We offer several Team Member positions, with endless advancement opportunities.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile!!!

Create and maintain eye contact with our guests.

Speak enthusiastically.

Surprise and delight by providing exceptional service always.

Take responsibility for making any customer complaint right.

Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly.

Communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Follow established procedures for cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Taco Bell standards.

Prepare, cook, assemble, and serve food that you’re proud of safely, quickly and efficiently.

Be knowledgeable on all Taco Bell standards and hold yourself accountable for applying them.

Stock kitchen inventory as needed.

Clean as you go.

Take pride in the food you create and serve.

Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.

Complete all opening closing and side work tasks as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.
