    • Resolve and make recommendations on resolving customer challenges and issues

    • Be able to complete performance management and recognition duties including on-going customer service and technical training for hourly staff

    • Serves as the lead customer service contact for members at the leisure services, including answering questions, welcoming and other member communications

    • Acts as a liaison between the pool operations and all other departments, communicating relevant information to the pool operations staff as needed

    • Be able to maintain all policies and procedures including making recommendations and implementing approved policies and procedures for pool operations staff

    • Monitors accuracy of the Cabana inventory, daily sales and revenue goals and be able to make recommended changes

    • Checks the proper maintenance of the equipment and sanitation of pools and bathhouse facilities

    • Aids in creating weekly schedules for the lifeguard staff. Posts lifeguards to areas of duty, adds or shifts lifeguards to ensure proper coverage of the pool facility.

    • Makes daily safety checks of pool equipment and the surrounding area, and passes patrons’ concerns on to his/her supervisor.

    • Prevents accidents through enforcement of policies, rules and regulations governing the conduct of staff and patrons using the pool and the surrounding area.

    • Conduct one on one meetings with pool operations team members

    • Act as a back up to Pool Manager when required

    • Updates / monitors daily payroll, ensuring all associates are punching in/out correctly

    • Complete daily Pool Operations reports.

    • Attend meetings and complete tasks / projects assigned by management

  • Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE - 2 years of Pool Operations desired with some supervisor experience required

    EDUCATION - College degree – degree in relevant field preferred

    SKILLS

    • Superior customer skills required. Familiar with FORBES 4 Star Standards.

    • Must be able to train and implement FORBES Service standards

    • Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability.

    • Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team and motivate

    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, specials events and holidays as necessary.

    • Professional appearance and demeanor required.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are required.

    • Excellent management and leadership skills required

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 2007, Outlook, and Excel is required

    CERTIFICATE / LICENSE - Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certification, Clark County Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Gaming Registration
