Job Description
The Vice President of IT, Aspen Hospitality (AH) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the technology strategy, application management, and IT support functions for a growing hotel company operating both five-star and four-star properties. This position ensures that the company’s technology infrastructure, property management systems, and guest-facing digital services align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and competitive positioning. The Vice President of IT, Aspen Hospitality will lead the Application and Support teams while working closely with the parent company’s shared services organization to leverage enterprise-wide infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence to drive IT innovation, standardization, and service delivery across all properties.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
