Job Description
To create revenue for the company by engaging Nonowners via 90-minute virtual tour (video conference) to create opportunity to sell timeshare week(s) to prospects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values:
** Essential duties and Responsibilities**
Engage prospects who have stayed at a Westgate location resort ( ** i.e.** ** renters, exchangers, owner referrals who toured and did not buy or did not tour** ) and VOA members ( ** Used & Expired**) via video conference to present a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation.
Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)
Build and maintain strong relationships first time buyers.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a minimum 90-day average net volume of $33,000.
Follow up with First Time Buyers.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Take a minimum of Two (2) virtual tours per day.
