Customer Service Representative (Call Center)- Full Time

THE OPPORTUNITY: As a Customer Service Representative you will work to manage transactions and relationships with our many valued sellers and customers that have placed an order through the Vivid Seats exchange. You will be taking calls and responding to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure we are providing elite service to both our sellers and our customers.

OFFICE LOCATION: Coppell, TX DAYS SCHEDULE: • The first 3 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 9-5 for training. Training is paid. • Shifts - Rotating schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm, 11am - 7pm, and 1:30pm - 9:30pm. • Schedules require: 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days • $37,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, Bi-annual bonus, and annualized equity grant.
