    Job Description

    The team member will handle the process for the General Correspondence area.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

    • Educates owners and team members on how to best utilize the product.
    • Services internal and external requests within the company guidelines, utilizing the customer relations management software system (CSD).
    • Assist owners with account inquiries.
    • Creates and mails/faxes all requested correspondence.
    • Creates letters as required for special requests.
    • Researches complaints to check validity and determines if any compensation should be awarded and the value for the compensation.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    • High school diploma – preferred.
    • Customer service experience – One year preferred.
    • Typing 20 WPM.
    • Good communication skills
    • Organized, knowledgeable, patient, able to handle multiple tasks at a time, work under pressure, firm but courteous.
