This position is part of our virtual call center. And as an OWNER RESERVATIONS AGENT you will be the first stop for our Owners on their way to vacation! You will have fun booking and answering questions for our Owners about all of our amazing Westgate properties! You will love working for the Owners Leadership Team, they are committed to YOUR success, YOUR growth and YOU as a team member.
Don’t worry if you don’t have call center experience! But if you have the personality, the drive and willingness to succeed the amazing Westgate Resorts Training Team will make sure you are set up for success!
This is a remote position, but it is required that you live in the Orlando/Central Florida area to be considered for this opportunity.
WHAT IS AN OWNER RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST?
The _OWNER RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST _is part of the Owner Reservations Department and must be a motivated specialist who is customer service oriented, has the ability to think quickly, and can provide the timeshare sales staff with the highest quality of potential clients.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and co-workers. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Additional Information
PAY: $16.00/hour (+ $.50 for language differential)
TRAINING SCHEDULE - ALL PAID TRAINING!
POST-TRAINING AVAILABLE SHIFTS: (REMOTE)
BOTH WEEKEND DAYS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED
