Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Time-keeping experience preferred.
- Experience working with an HRIS system. ADP experience is a plus.
- Experience in supporting Human Resources Teams a plus.
- Three or more years of relevant HR experience in similar roles
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration with a Human Resources focus.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times concerning Team Member and company information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in working independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals and meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Individual must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong work ethic is a must.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher is a must.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources concepts and practices.
- Experience in supporting Human Resources teams a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
