Telesales Team Members

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of sales experience or 6 months of timeshare sales experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• Great Communication Skills
•  Bi-Lingual is a plus
• Highly Motivated, Enthusiastic, Team Player
•  Real Estate Licensee

DUTIES:

• Making outbound calls
• Receiving inbound calls
• Assisting owners with the purchase of New Sales and Upgrades
• Maintaining a minimum of $33,000.00 in net volume per month
• Creating opportunities to sell more timeshare inventory
• Following up on your established sales from beginning to end
• Providing customer service to owners within the department’s guidelines

 BEST HOURS IN THE INDUSTRY

Monday - Thursday 10:00AM – 6:30PM Friday 10:00AM - 5:30PM

COMPENSATION

• SALARY + COMMISSIONS: $10.00 an Hour + 6% for All Full Down Deals & 4% for All Pending Deals + Weekly Bonus.
• COMMISSIONS: 8% for all Full Down Deals & 6% for All Pending Deals + Weekly Bonus.
