This position is part of our virtual call center. And unlike other call centers, the VACATION BOOKING AGENT your only taking INBOUND phone calls! That’s right, no call lists, cold calls or outbound! You will love working for the Rentals Leadership Team, they are committed to YOUR success, YOUR growth and YOU as a team member.
Don’t worry if you don’t have call center experience! But if you have the personality, the drive and willingness to succeed the amazing Westgate Resorts Training Team will make sure you are set up for success.
WHAT IS A VACATION BOOKING AGENT?
The Vacation Booking Agent is part of the Rental Reservations Department and must be a motivated specialist who is sales-oriented, has the ability to think quickly, and can provide the timeshare sales staff with the highest quality of potential clients.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to operate a P/C, facsimile, telephone, calculator, and other related office equipment. Ability to sit at a desk and/or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to visually review handwritten and computer-generated documents, as well as view a P/C screen. Ability to make and receive telephone calls.
