Summary: Supports operations team in accomplishment of overall operational functionality of assigned location, including homeowner relations, guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, quality control, etc. Overall objective of ensuring long-term homeowner satisfaction and retention on RQ rental program while also ensuring outstanding guest services. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for administrative functions in support of operational unit, including but not limited to; processing of vendor invoices, coding/processing of purchase card transactions, billing of owners, completion and timely submission of SOX required documents/reports, coordination of Rental Management Agreement processing with Liaison Department, inventory and maintenance of adequate office supplies, etc. 2. Supports Guest Services functions, including assistance with scheduling of Guest Services Agents, fill-in as Guest Services Agent as required, etc. 3. Supports Housekeeping, Maintenance, and overall Quality Assurance functions, including conducting routine unit inspections (as required), for cleanliness, general repair, amenities, etc., as well as overall unit condition. 4. Supports acquisitions of rental management contracts, including support of contract preparation, presentation of management program to prospective owners and setup of new units in company's rental management system. 5. Supports/provides communications (in-person, telephone, e-mail, mail, etc.) with homeowners, including response to inquiries, problem resolution, owner statement explanations, general owner communications efforts, etc. 6. Support Operations Managers in all facets of their responsibilities, including fill-ins for Ops Manager as required. 7. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education:
