Thus, they come to us and the Client Relations Specialists connect them with the best travel specialistsin the industry, who then compete to customize their trips. Prior successful candidates have included hotel front desk agents/ front desk managers, travel agents, reservation or sales agents and retail store managers or account managers. Job Responsibilities * Assess and solve incoming client travel inquiries via email, phone and online. (Note that this is not a call center job.) * Strive for high customer satisfaction. Assist and serve discerning luxury clients in a way that builds long-lasting relationships with them, and strengthens their confidence in Zicasso. * Work with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices and solutions for the clients experience and/or issues that may arise. * Collaborate with Zicassos global network of travel providers (partners) whom we consider the top 10%, or perhaps even the top 1%, in the industry and determine the best client matches for them. * Work with upper management on projects and initiatives to solve problems and create innovative solutions. Learn to utilize Zicassos data, analytics, and technology to create new standards of customer success and excellence for the luxury travel industry. * Those who excel in the role will be given the opportunity to take on increasingly complex projects and initiatives, and grow their role and responsibility in account management for Zicasso travel partners. Desired Skills and Experience * 3+ years of travel industry, hospitality, account management, or customer service experience. * Willingness to work flexible hours, even on some weekends.
