    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Our diabetes team coordinates the delivery of Diabetes equipment and supplies to patients as prescribed by their physicians. Byram Healthcare is looking for a talented sales candidate that is ready for this fast-paced and challenging role. As one of our Account Developers for our Diabetes Inside Sales team, you will fill a key role in providing exceptional physician experience. You will be measured on how effectively you can uncover and build new opportunities for physicians to send patient orders to Byram Healthcare. You will navigate the sales cycle and manage your pipeline from start to finish. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you’re resourceful and full of perseverance. You love prospecting and are good with repetition. This position reports directly to our Provider Relations Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sell Byram services utilizing a structured sales process
    • Partner with healthcare offices to identify physician and customer concerns, partner to build a stronger relationship to drive higher physician and customer satisfaction to increase ordering capacity
    • Effectively network with healthcare professionals, institutions, community agencies, key trade associations, and specific manufacturers to promote Byram’s value proposition
    • Successfully present and implement new marketing programs within the assigned territory
    • Strategically overcome objections and competition
    • Outbound calling to hospitals, health clinics, and physician offices
    • Conducting sales presentations and developing a relationship with key decision-makers
    • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity
    • Timely and appropriate attendance at required meetings and timely, accurate, effective communications
    • Develop a strong partnership with the Account Manager – Diabetes Inside Sales team
    • Work closely with our Operations Team to continue to provide exceptional service
    • Act as a representative of Byram Healthcare
    • Ability to use phone, chat, e-mail, and computers in communications
    • Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline, forecast activity, and maintain the organization

    WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

    • Minimum 3 years prior sales experience is necessary
    • BS or BA degree (desired)
    • Knowledge of Medicare criteria (highly preferred)
    • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and payer/insurance processing and plans (highly preferred)
    • Other advanced education or commensurate experience in another health care environment is a plus
    • Salesforce experience (desired)
    • Advance skill level of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint
    • Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment
    • Competitive, tenacious, and results-driven while providing an exceptional customer experience
    • Self-motivated and able to perform consistently against goals
