Salesforce Specialist II Job #: 9888 Duration: Full time Job Category: Sales - Enterprise Location: Ridgeland, Mississippi Description SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES : Assisting Enterprise Sales Associates with order submittals, Sales Force errors and merging of data when necessary to better serve C Spire customers. Tracking daily tasks, measuring and reporting of all activities at a customer level. Assisting Client Support Team and the Enterprise Relations Retention team as needed for retaining accounts. Analyzing data and schedules to suggest new processes and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues in Salesforce.com. Provide support for all cross-functional Salesforce users to track, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce issues. Provision termination requests, role changes, and user information updates Develop strong relationships with department managers, and all end-users to collect relevant feedback and provide documentation to core BI team of both business functional requirements Escalate issues to senior admins and monitor open requests Report on Customer experience Manage Renewal Schedules Manage intervals & accuracy of contracts to meet customer expectations Responsible for the State of MS contract Responsible for overall customer accuracy in SF database EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelors degree 1+ years of relevant professional experience Track record retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Salesforce.com, other CRM or data management/BI systems Strong business analysis and functional experience with analytical and organizational skills Preferred Skills: Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE) Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills PH YSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS : Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
