Position Summary Primary responsibilities of the position is to offer warranty support to customers. Handle warranty claims from initial call to closure including problem diagnosis, parts shipments, receipt of returned parts, and customer cost reimbursement calculation per company warranty policy and guidelines. Requirements Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience. Must have at least 2 years experience in trailer, automotive or comparable industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong technical aptitude, written and verbal communication skills; work well with others, ability to work in fast paced environment and excellent customer service skills. Intermediate level Word, Microsoft Office skills are required.
